Choosing the right leadership style is like choosing the right club, it will ultimately determine the success of your shot.
I wish I could claim expertise or mastery in golf, but to date, I can barely claim rookie status. However, I do know a thing or two about leadership. First and foremost, if you want to be successful you must know yourself, know your style, and know others.
