Having Pam join our SJUSB family was an absolute game changer for our culture. It was incredible to watch my student-athletes gain more self-awareness then actively choose to alter their communication habits while in and around team. Pam's verbiage and coined phrases effortlessly became a part of our everyday. From the staff to the players, we all benefited and looked forward to each and every session. When I surveyed my players at the end of the year, the number one thing they all wished to continue was our Pam sessions. We hope to continue our work with Pam in the future.
